Another day passed in Raston. Another crime on another day.Officer Brown and Alex were at it.This time it was about a stolen book.It was a encyclopedia to everything, disguised as a dictionary.It was really important to the owner,so important, that he told no one except the police.Not even his wife!There were 3 suspects; Maldark, Pragal, and Stellon. Each had 2 minutes to explain what they would've done if they were the thief. Maldark said "I would put the thing back", Pragal said "I would throw that encyclopedia in the trash", Stellon said "I had nothing to do with the book so I can't imagine myself doing that".

Alex knew who it was.So he told Officer Brown and the criminal was arrested. Who was the criminal

The Mystery Of The Missing Diamond

It was a warm Sunday and police cars were swarming near a house.A lady's diamond was stolen.Officer Mike and his intelligent son Alex interviewed her. She said that it was in her car.She said the door to the car was open, but she thought no one would go into it,while she was going and getting her watch.When she went back,her diamond was gone.There were 4 suspects, and here they are: Rizzo-her husband,Wilma-her maid,Jane-her neighbor,and Mal the mailman.

Her husband said : "I was at the table eating my breakfast"

Wilma said : "I was cleaning the house"

Jane said : "I was cooking a cake"

Mal said : "I was delivering the mail"

Right then Alex said "I know who it is".

It was Mal. Everyone knows that on Sunday mailmen don't deliver mail. Mal not able to defend his statement,gave up the diamond and went into prison.
